Due to the continuing rise in Coronavirus cases throughout the UK, the tough decision has been made that our Parent & Toddler group will not run from Tuesday 17th March until further notice. This is to help keep the leaders and those who attend safe in this time of uncertainty.
UPDATE 26 August 2020
The Club will not now be re-opening until January 2021 at the earliest. This is because returning at the present time would be unworkable. It would be impossible for the children to not share toys, put them in their mouths etc and the sanitising of toys/equipment would be extremely time consuming.
Our absolute priority is to the well-being of not just the children and parents, but also that of our volunteers who are in the high risk group and of course the staff.
Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
Our Parent and Toddler Club meets in the church hall each Tuesday
during term-time, from 10am -11.30.a.m. We aim to provide a safe and
friendly environment for Parents, Carers, and pre-school children to
meet and share together.
The majority of the children are under 3 years, but you may bring those older if you wish. The group is open to anyone in the community - you do not have to be a church member (most are not), but of course you would be welcome at any of our church events or activities.
There is a music session at the end of the morning at 11.15. for those who wish to participate, but children can remain with the toys if they prefer.
The charge is £1 per family unit, per morning, and includes refreshments.
You do not need to register in advance; just come along.
