OUR 125th ANNIVERSARY

Our 125^th Anniversary
celebrating Christian worship in this church
Saturday 27 September – A Party
^{Bingo, A Beetle Drive in the main church, crafts and drinks in the Community
Room. “got the party started”. Friends from the wider community who use our
premises throughout the week, and old friends from the past, joined
members of our current congregation. The afternoon
concluded with a magnificent “English High Tea”, and concert by the Rock Choir.
Sunday 28 September - a Service of Worship and Thanksgiving
The church was
full! Festival flower arrangements set the atmosphere. Friends from past, and
present joined the congregation to listen to guest preacher Rev. Chris Morley, and our own minister Rev. Will Fletcher.. Prayers were led by Rev Harvey Richardson
and Rev. Stuart Dyer. Like all good
Methodists there was tea, coffee and cake after the Service!}

Both days were filled with people, with fun, and with Praise and Thanksgiving as can be seen from the photographs below.
